Michael Brown: Correction of Brown & Moore (1997)

There is an error in Figure 4 of Brown & Moore (1997; Animal Learning and Behavior, 25, 335-346

In the published version of the figure, the drawing of the radial-maze labeled "Phase 2, Free Choice: Rotation" has numbers representing the identity of the physical maze arms. These arms are incorrectly numbered in a counter-clockwise manner. They should be numbered in a CLOCKWISE manner, as are all of the other panels of the figure. In each panel, the physical maze arms are numbered consecutively, starting in a randomly chosen location, to represent the fact that the maze was rotated as a unit into a randomly chosen orientation prior to each trial and during the trial interruption that separated the free choice and forced choice segment of each trial.

A corrected version of the figure appears below.
